  3. This workouts are great, I’ve been doing them and I do notice changes. Before doing them I jump the rope for 15 minutes and that way zi feel better results at the end.

  4. Usually I jump into these workouts without watching them first, but this time I broke this rule and I am glad I did because this looks awful. Too fast a warm up, not great form especially on the jumping punches, just painful to watch… Anna was good though even with these terrible moves she did well.

  5. This was good, my fit bit tracker had me gaged at a cardio level for most of it but she goes a tad too fast so I felt my form was off.
