    • They are eclaires really except covered in chocolate, we have a similar version in the UK where they are tea cakes instead with biscuit/cookie at the bottom, with marshmellow inside then covered in chocolate, they may have raspberry in them too, we do have eclaires too though but it’s not my personal fave.

  2. You really need to flavour the cream. Choux pastry is extremely bland and flavourless as well as the cream. Anytime I buy them from the shops I think they taste of nothing because the filling has no flavour. Great recipe though will be using it!!

  3. I’m from Argentina, and my grandma makes this every single family bday. She fill them with whipped cream (like you do), with dulce de leche, with cremapastelera (custard cream, I guess americans calls it) and with chocolate mousse (you should try this ones).
    I love to see desserts that don’t uses cinammon.
