  1. Good point about driving your feet through the floor. This technique is used in The deadlift so it makes sense to use it when it comes to squats. It also helps to twist the outside of the foot and tibuleris anterior muscle when coming back up on a squat. It adds stability and builds the posterior of the legs and lower back. Good video though concise and to the point.

  2. This guy is one of the most intelligent sounding guys in the fitness scene but he doesn’t know the difference between dominant and dominate.
