    • kathy king – but they ARE helping people of all sizes. Just because the instructors look athletic doesn’t mean the workout is only geared toward smaller people. Anyone, whether you’re 100 pounds, or 300 pounds, or 500 pounds, or whatever, can do this workout. There’s nothing in the description box or title that implies that this workout – or any workout for that matter – is for skinny people. You’re judging these people based on the fact that they’re “skinny”, & that’s just as bad as someone whose thin judging larger people when they exercise. Bottom line is, don’t let the sizes of these instructors get to you. Just enjoy the workout, no matter what size you are.

    • Skinny shaming is just as bad as fat shaming. Idk why in our society we think one is ok and not the other. If you absolutely must have thicker women in your workout video then just do a different one.

  1. Glad I tried this but too hard for me with no co-ordination the leg/foot work is too tricky. Much prefer a hip hop dance routine where you can improvise more if you get lost in the moves.

  3. I loved this workout! I just wish Amanda had spent more time on instruction because some of the moves had a lot of steps and she only went over it slowly 1-2x.
