  1. Can you guy’s please do a traditional full body dumbbell work out? It’d be nice to have some new ones added to the list. These dance routines and kickboxing workouts are getting old ☹

    • hard to follow? this was wayyy too easy! i had to add high jumps during the whole workout to even break a tiny bead of sweat.
