To burn fat and keep yourself looking younger, weightlifting is not going to be your best option. You’re working different muscles in your body but you’re not pushing yourself to your limits. Heavyweight lifting can age you by injuring muscles, and cartilage.
If weightlifting is something you enjoy doing then do leg squats and lunges. Set a timer to complete 3-4 rounds of 7 reps within 10 minutes!
