    • Depends on how weak. This includes a lot of squatting and lunging type motions which would probably be okay for someone who only avoids jumping, but would not be okay for someone who has extremely weak knees. If you have weak knees or any other problem that would inhibit you physically it would behoove you to learn to scan through an exercise video and gauge if it would be suitable for you on your own.
