    Especially tri’s. Can’t wait to do these!!

  3. I have weak upper body. so I decided to focus more on strengthening it. I appreciate if you do more workouts for shoulders, chest and upperback.
    and after that on strenghtening hip flexors(?).I have hard time to do moves like ‘v’ pose (teasers in pilates). I can’t keep my legs up for more than few secs if my legs are extended out.damn, gravity is a lot stronger 🙁

  4. This was a killer workout with a lot of burnout. I have been doing PS fitness for a long time now, and it’s rare to find a workout that I can’t do all the reps, or have to modify. This one I had to take short breaks and modify at some points. I’ll have to work up to this one.
